We have found that cost reductions generally stay in place for several years after being negotiated. This is because suppliers are unwilling to come back to ask for price increases for fear of you inviting us back to negotiate for you again. Therefore a £100K PA saving will actually roll over in practice to 3 or 4 times its annual value.

1. Client Briefing 

You tell us about your business and we discuss where we could reduce your costs.

2. Scoping document 

We prepare a full scoping document so that you know exactly what we intend to deliver for you

3. Go to market 

We invite numerous companies to quote for the services we have identified as potential cost reduction areas. We will invite your existing suppliers and we will also invite suppliers from our extensive database.

4. Assessment 

We will monitor and assess the suppliers' response against your requirements and of course against the price you are currently paying. We will then conduct final negotiations with the suppliers we have short listed using our aggregated purchasing power to obtain the lowest price for your business

5. Recommendations 

We will prepare a report that identifies the recommended action and projected savings. It is important to remember that this may be with your existing supplier but with better terms. We will present our findings and recommendations to you typically 8 weeks after receiving your approved specification.

6. Implementation 

We will work closely with your staff and any new supplier to ensure a successful implementation. We will only ever implement a new supply arrangement with your complete agreement. We will monitor your invoices for a year or more if required, to ensure pricing comes through as negotiated and your savings materialise.
